We are a locally owned and managed cleaning service located in the Hollywood District and serving the Portland area. We provide expert, customized cleaning to our residential and commercial clients and strive to create a friendly, supportive environment in which to work.

We are seeking housekeepers with prior experience to fill several positions working with one of our friendly, hard-working cleaning teams – three to five days per week (your choice). We look for dependable, energetic, hard-working employees with a friendly, cooperative, can-do attitude – who can have fun while working to provide the best service possible to our clients.

 

We provide very competitive compensation, paid hourly based on experience and performance, not based on a percentage of the number of homes cleaned. We do not hire independent contractors. Since our work is inside of other people's homes, our employees maintain a smoke- and perfume-free workplace and must also be able to stand, bend, or kneel for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds. And finally, because we care about the people and homes we serve, all of our employees must pass a background check.

 We prefer (but do not require) to hire individuals with:

 

A current, valid driver's license,

Current auto insurance, and a

Reliable vehicle.

 

We reimburse for the use of your car and driving time during your workday -- if you are a driver and using your own car.

 

Paid training, paid mileage, friendly atmosphere.  

Compensation: Dependent on experience and performance.
